Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Move units to warehouse and/or load units into machines or onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Responsible for ensuring that all units are banded properly; have a clearly visible load tag on them when being loaded; and that there are no broken or missing straps on the units
  • Responsible for ensuring that unit and truck counts are correct and all paperwork is accurate
  • Unload incoming material as needed and will be responsible for performing a visual quality inspection on items to verify that unit and truck counts are accurate
  • Other duties as assigned

Succeed:
1. High School diploma or GED required. 2. Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; available to work overtime. 3. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Math skills will be assessed. 4. Understand unitizing and palletizing information. 5. Able to successfully complete Lift Truck Training and pass the written and driving skills test to be certified Lift Truck Operator. The starting rate is $25.95 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
