Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach forklifts and understands the importance of safety, productivity, and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operate Cherry Picker and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. Pull and put away inventory accurately. Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Follow supervisor instructions and meet productivity expectations. Requirements Previous Cherry Picker and Reach forklift experience required . Ability to safely operate equipment at varying heights and in warehouse aisles. Steel-toe shoes required. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform general warehouse duties. Temp-to-Hire | 90-Day Probationary Period This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a strict 90-day probationary period . During this period, performance, attendance, punctuality, safety, and overall reliability will be closely evaluated. Attendance is extremely important. Candidates must demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality. Excessive absences, tardiness, or failure to follow company policies may affect eligibility for permanent hire.

Pay:

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
