Full-time Full Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our busy warehouse and logistics team. In this fast-paced role, you will safely operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker forklifts safely and efficientlyLoad and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers and shipping containersTransport raw materials and finished products to designated warehouse storage bays or production linesPerform daily pre-operation vehicle safety inspections and report any equipment maintenance needsStack, palletize, and store goods while maximizing warehouse vertical storage spaceMaintain accurate inventory counts using RF equipment and warehouse management systemsFollow all OSHA regulations, warehouse safety protocols, and company rules

Must have open availability to work both AM (Day) and PM (Evening/Night) shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 1 2 years of verified forklift driver experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentForklift certification preferred (or ability to pass company certification upon hire)Proficient in using RF scanners and operating warehouse equipmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periodsExcellent spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detailStrong attendance record, punctuality, and reliable transportation
