Kelly Services Position Overview Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator (Dock Worker/Forklift Driver) to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is familiar with forklift controls and capabilities, attentive to detail, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and physical stamina are required, as this role may involve lifting and moving heavy materials. Job Duties & Responsibilities Inspect forklift before use to ensure proper working condition. Load and unload materials and goods onto/off trucks, trailers, or storage areas. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies to management. Operate forklift in a safe and responsible manner at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any forklift malfunctions or maintenance needs to management. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Requirements At least 3 months of forklift experience and/or warehouse distribution equipment operation. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to pass internal Forklift Certification Training and demonstrate safety procedures. Able to perform tasks in occasionally dusty, hot, and/or cold working conditions. Physical Requirements Regularly required to speak or hear. Frequent standing on feet. Regularly required to lift and move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 65 lbs (team lifting and equipment provided as needed). Ability to perform physical activities involving arms, legs, and whole-body movements (bending, crouching, climbing steps/ladders, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching).
