Job Duties Operate powered industrial equipment including cherry picker, reach truck, EPJ, pallet jack, and sit-down forklift Perform order picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory control activities Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and distribution center Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow all warehouse safety procedures Maintain accurate inventory records and production documentation using RF scanners or WMS systems Support special projects including tagging, labeling, sample processing, and peak-season fulfillment Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns to leadership Maintain productivity standards while supporting warehouse housekeeping and organization initiatives Requirements Recent experience operating at least one powered industrial truck (reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or EPJ) Comfortable working at heights for cherry picker assignments Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended shifts Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills Ability to meet safety standards, including color vision requirements Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility. A Power Equipment Operator supports efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations by safely transporting inventory using forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. This position combines technical equipment skills with strong safety awareness to support reliable material movement. The Power Equipment Operator requires attention to detail, safe operating practices, and the ability to work efficiently around personnel, equipment, and inventory while maintaining warehouse productivity. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient supply chain operations.
