This is a direct-hire placement. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client as a permanent employee and will be eligible for the benefits associated with the position. Warehouse team members play an important role in daily operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing inventory while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. Your Responsibilities Load, unload, receive, store, and distribute inventory. Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack. Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory. Store materials in an orderly and accessible manner. Inspect inventory for wear, damage, or defects and report concerns to management. Ensure loads are complete and properly secured to minimize damage and breakage. Assist with the physical loading and unloading of trucks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow established safety procedures and company policies. Perform additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment. Forklift certification preferred, but not required. Ability to use a handheld scanning device. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a safety-sensitive position. Physical Requirements This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday, including prolonged standing and repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must have good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and sufficient physical strength to perform the essential functions of the position. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required. Ability to regularly bend, stoop, push, and pull while loading and unloading materials. Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially up to 12 hours , depending on scheduling and operational needs.

Compensation Hourly Pay Range:
