Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40-50 Hours per Week We are an established construction supply company seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, and can work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting our sales and delivery teams. Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders accurately from sales tickets. Load delivery trucks safely and efficiently. Unload incoming shipments and verify receiving paperwork. Organize and stock materials in designated yard locations. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment. Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. Participate in annual physical inventory counts. Perform basic facility and yard maintenance as needed. Complete additional duties assigned by management. Qualifications Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred). Building materials or construction supply experience strongly preferred. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment. Physical Requirements Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance. Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise. What We're Looking For This position is best suited for individuals who: Have experience working in lumber yards, building supply yards, warehouses, construction, landscaping, or similar environments. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, typically between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and some Saturdays 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM If you are dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we encourage you to apply.
