Job Description
```Duties```
- In-house training on automotive/commercial batteries and accessories. No experience required
- Learn to test, diagnose, recondition, auto/commercial batteries, install new and used batteries in customers' vehicles, and more. You'll also learn counter sales and invoicing
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, including an electric forklift and light trucks. Must know how to operate a manual transmission.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order
- Load and unload cargo (batteries), utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment as necessary
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, such as receiving, stocking, identifying, and organizing inventory ```Requirements```
- At least 25 yrs old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Experience in route driving and operating company vehicles preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the workday
- Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles
- Forklift experience desired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
