Saturday and Thursday 6am-11am & Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6a-4:30p

Job Summary:

The Forklift Reach Truck Operator will demonstrate expertise in certification of power equipment, stocking, receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, quality control, and updating computer systems and orders, and may perform other duties in the warehouse as required. This person will need to keep the stock area clean and organized. Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn products are essential for this position.

Essential Functions:

Operation of powered industrial truck(s) (PIT) Accurate picking and packing of customer orders Demonstrate expertise in accuracy, productivity, safety, and dependability Demonstrate proficiency in receiving, replenishment, and picking Consolidate and Level boxes on each pallet, moving pallets forward to eliminate multiple partial pallets Maintain correct inventories daily, correctly label and barcode General clean-up of warehouse aisles after completion of orders Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness Assist in other department areas as needed Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

1 year of order selection and warehouse experience in the food service distribution industry or related industry (2-3 years preferred)
