Job Description
Job Title:
Truck Driver (Forklift Support)Duties:
- Drive tractor trailer to nearby storage warehouse/unload finished goods
- Operate forklifts
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage racks
- Move materials within the warehouse using forklifts or other equipment
- Follow proper procedures for inventory control and warehouse management
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Experience:
- CDL & Tanker Endorsement Required
- Previous experience as a forklift operator in a distribution center or warehouse setting
- Familiarity with sit down forklifts
- Ability to safely load and unload materials using a forklift
- Proficient in basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
