Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and efficiency. As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the assembly process, contributing to the production of our top-tier products. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Completes work area setup. Perform assembly operations in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies. Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product. Ensures work area is safe, clean, and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate. Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintains production records as required. Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments to be compliant with standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards. Participates in safety, CI, and other training programs and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. Proven experience in assembly or a related field preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. Working knowledge of basic math Must be at least 18 years of age. Benefits Production bonuses based on individual performance and hard work.
