Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Forklift Operator/Material Handler to join our fast-paced warehouse team our wellness drink formulated to support healthy cholesterol levels and liver function. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement, storage, and distribution of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished product within our facility. Your expertise in operating various types of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, will ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory management, and safe handling of goods. Responsibilities Operate a range of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load, unload, move, and position raw materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished Dose product safely and efficiently Perform order picking using barcode scanning technology and order picker equipment to fulfill production and shipping requirements accurately Load and unload shipments of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods while adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse safety protocols Conduct routine equipment repairs or notify maintenance teams for repairs to ensure optimal functioning of all material handling equipment Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring accurate stock levels, proper rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and proper storage practices for perishable and temperature-sensitive materials Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound ingredients and outbound product shipments against documentation, batch records, and quality specifications Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following OSHA safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and manual handling best practices to prevent accidents, contamination, or injuries Requirements Proven experience operating forklift equipment such as lift trucks, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or Hi-Lo forklifts within a warehouse, food/beverage, or distribution environment Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management procedures, including lot/batch tracking Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while following OSHA regulations and food safety guidelines Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload procedures, and materials handling techniques Basic math skills for inventory counts and documentation accuracy Valid certification for forklift operation; additional certifications in warehouse supervisor experience, equipment repair, or food safety (e.g., GMP, HACCP awareness) are a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a food/beverage production environment Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items frequently, and work in a fast-paced setting, including cold storage areas if applicable Join our team today to be part of an energetic environment where your skills in warehouse distribution and materials handling help ensure Dose reaches production floors and customers safely and on time!
