Compensation:
$16.00
•$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Fast growing company is looking for experienced Forklift Operator for their Dade City, FL location, to work with the Warehouse Manager moving materials and finished goods in a timely manner.
Material Handling:
Move products around the plant, including inbound and outbound shipping and receiving.
Inventory Movement :
Transport inventory from the production line to designated locations or to the shipping line.
Production Line Delivery:
Ensure high-quality packaging, including pallet wrapping and delivery of materials to the production line.
Labeling & Metric Goals:
Label products and shipping materials as needed and achieve daily performance metrics.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to customer requirements and ensure compliance with guidelines for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Certification:
Must be forklift certified with certification completed within the last 18 months.
Experience:
Prior experience operating forklifts (e.g., stand up, sit down, boom lifts) in tight environments.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (lifting 50 lb containers off assembly line, stacking products on pallets, pulling/packing for shipping).
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills required.
