We are seeking an experienced warehouse associate who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has worked in a warehouse environment and is comfortable operating forklifts and managing inventory. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Palletize and prepare shipments for outbound carriers. Receive incoming inventory and stock products in designated locations. Operate multiple forklifts, including sit-down, reach, and deep-reach equipment. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts. Organize warehouse locations and keep work areas clean and safe. Load and unload trucks. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders ship on time. Requirements At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Previous forklift experience required. Experience operating reach trucks and deep-reach forklifts is a plus. Experience picking and packing orders, palletizing shipments, and receiving inventory. Experience maintaining accurate inventory and performing cycle counts. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse systems preferred. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
