Job Description
Position Summary The Bilingual Inventory Clerk / Forklift Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing inventory transactions, and safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, timely movement of materials, and compliance with safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system (Dynamics 365 preferred). Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Perform inventory transfers between warehouse locations. Verify inbound and outbound shipments against packing slips and shipping documents. Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations. Assist with inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse and inventory control experience. Valid Forklift Certification required. Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience preferred. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (english-spanish) Preferred Skills Experience with barcode scanners and RF devices. Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment.
