What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator , you will play an essential role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently throughout the facility while supporting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include:

Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production materials Stage and organize materials to support production needs Move products to designated warehouse and production areas Perform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment checks Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper material flow Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with production and warehouse team members to meet daily goals Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience required Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Comfortable working in a dusty and dry manufacturing environment Willing and able to work mandatory overtime, including weekends when required Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and computer skills Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team Why You'll Love Working Here Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with up to 7.5% company match Fitness reimbursement: $350 Individual / $500 Family Employee Stock Purchase Program with a 15% discount Generous vacation policy 13 paid holidays Employee Resource Groups supporting Diversity & Inclusion Opportunity to build a long-term career with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company
