Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the facility Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists using inventory management software and ERP systems Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following established procedures and trade compliance standards Maintain precise inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely order fulfillment Conduct regular inspections of equipment and storage areas to uphold safety standards and prevent damage or discrepancies in inventory Support international trade regulations compliance by understanding shipping documentation requirements and customs procedures when applicable Skills Proven experience with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory management Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, load & unload equipment, and order pickers with proper certification Strong understanding of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and calculating measurements during packing processes Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Customer service orientation to effectively communicate with team members and support seamless warehouse distribution processes Join us as a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator if you're ready to bring energy into a vital role that keeps our supply chain moving smoothly!
