Job Description
About us: Manley deBoer Lumber Co. is a family-owned and operated building supply company that understands the importance of providing excellent customer service with an honest, hardworking team dedicated to exceeding your expectations in service and quality. Manley deBoer Lumber Company is accepting applications for our warehouse customer service team. Forklift skill are a must. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: assisting customers to load materials, loading trucks for delivery's, driving delivery trucks, preventative and corrective maintenance of the facility, cleaning the facility. Work Remotely No Responsibilities:
- Load and unload lumber, windows, doors, and building materials
- Pull, organize, and prepare customer orders for delivery
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles
- Deliver materials to customers, contractors, and job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Properly secure materials before transportation
- Assist customers with loading materials when needed
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
- Experience with lumber, windows, doors, or building materials is a plus
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to lift and move heavy materials
- Good organizational and time
- management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Must be safety
- conscious and able to follow company procedures
