This is a hands-on, physical role inside one of Florida's largest independent HVAC and refrigeration distribution operations. You are not just moving product. What You Will Own Load and unload trucks and trailers, positioning and securing pallets safely Pull and fill orders with precision, then stage and wrap them for shipment Receive and stock incoming inventory, and complete basic shipping and receiving documentation Verify parts, serial numbers, and paperwork against physical inventory at every step Support cycle counts and inventory audits Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, including required pre-shift equipment checks Assist counter sales with order fulfillment and help customers load product Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running to standard Attention to detail is not optional here. Errors in a distribution environment do not stay contained. They travel downstream to contractors, technicians, and the customers we all serve. This is not a trainable requirement.
