Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, operating heavy equipment safely, and ensuring accurate inventory control. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to safety, efficiency, and excellence in warehouse management. Duties Perform manual handling tasks such as shipping, receiving, sorting, packing orders, and organizing inventory with precision and care Take weight and measure of shipments and update WMS system Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Magaya to track stock levels, update records, and ensure accurate inventory control Loading and off loading of ocean containers and truckloads Support order picking and packing processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards Inventory Managment Handle packing and labeling of Dangerous Goods Work closely with the Operations team to arrange and ship expedited orders Responsible to comply with
ITAR/EAR/OFAC
Regulations Requirements Proven experience operating a forklift (required) +5 years, Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Knowledge with warehouse operations software such as Magaya preferred. Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and handling tasks safely throughout the shift Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and order accuracy Bilingual (English, Spanish) required due to the nature of company business. Education & Experience High School or GED required Minimum 3 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding warehouse environment Minimum Qualifications Must be +18 years of age Must pass background check
Pay:
$15.75 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
