  • Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our construction team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count construction materials. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform other construction site duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to transport construction materials and equipment on-site. Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets with construction supplies. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials to various site locations. Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures specific to construction sites. Assist in setting up and organizing construction materials. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift certification. Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a construction setting. Knowledge of construction site operations and safety procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Communication and teamwork abilities.
Working Conditions:
Construction site environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical demands include lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Schedule:
Full time/ 6:30am

    $16.00
