Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stacker to join our dynamic warehouse team! As a key player in our distribution operations, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes. Duties Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse Accurately pick, pack, and organize orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure timely shipment processing Stack pallets and materials securely in designated storage areas, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining detailed logs Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks on heavy machinery Support warehouse supervision by maintaining organized storage areas and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Participate in inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to keep stock levels accurate and up-to-date Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related construction/industrial environments Hands-on experience with order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, OSHA safety standards, and heavy equipment operation Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshooting on warehouse machinery Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and extended periods of standing or walking Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or leadership positions is a plus Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices is highly desirable Join us as a Stacker and become an essential part of our energetic team dedicated to operational excellence!
