Yard Worker/Forklift Operator

is Florida's leading manufacturer and distributor of precast and prestressed products with branch operations located throughout the state. Our production facility and corporate headquarters are located in the Tampa area. We are currently seeking applicants to fill an open Yard Forklift Operator in our Tampa, FL branch. This position includes daily delivery of building materials to construction sites where the candidate will also safely unload the materials with a truck mounted forklift and deliver to the job site. Must be able to do both manual labor and forklift work the entire shift. The candidate will also be responsible for safely loading materials on the trailer at the branch for the day's deliveries.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Daily loading and unloading of materials into yard stock
• Provide safe operation of forklift throughout facility
• Daily building of orders that will be loaded onto trailers for local delivery
• Abide by all safety rules and regulations required with forklift operation
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner Job Qualifications (list the minimum education, formal training, skills and experience required) flatbed truck driving experience Clean MVR (preferably)
• Previous forklift experience
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
