Job Description
Livit Staffing is currently hiring Warehouse Associates with PIT experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is intended to transition to direct hire after a successful 90-day assignment . The Warehouse Associate will operate powered industrial equipment, pick and stage products, assist with shipping operations, and help maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment. Load, unload, stage, put away, and replenish products. Accurately pick customer orders and prepare products for shipment. Pack orders correctly while maintaining order accuracy and quality. Assist with inventory accuracy and product organization. Use warehouse technology and equipment to complete daily tasks. Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards. Properly handle damaged or hazardous materials according to company procedures. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Meet productivity, accuracy, and efficiency goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required. PIT/Forklift certification required. Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment. Ability to safely lift, move, and stage products. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
