Forklift and Machine Operator Pay $23/Hour Shift 8PM-8AM Monday - Thursday Job Description As a Forklift and Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running orienteer machines and operating a sit-down forklift to efficiently move materials around the plant. You will stage rolls of product and troubleshoot the production line when machinery malfunctions. Responsibilities Operate orienteer machines and sit-down forklifts to move materials within the plant. Stage rolls of product for processing. Troubleshoot production line issues if machinery malfunctions. Utilize RF scanners for inventory management. Essential Skills Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with RF scanners. Strong mechanical aptitude. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Athens, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
