ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Safely operate a stand-up forklift throughout the warehouse and production facility. Move pallets of finished products, ingredients, packaging materials, and other materials to designated locations. Transport products in and out of freezer and cold-storage areas as required throughout the shift. Load, unload, stage, and organize pallets according to production and shipping requirements. Pick and move products accurately based on work orders, production needs, or warehouse instructions. Properly store products in designated warehouse and freezer locations. Assist with replenishing production areas with materials as needed. Verify product, quantities, labels, and locations before moving or storing materials. Maintain accurate inventory placement and help prevent misplaced products. Inspect pallets and products for damage and immediately report any concerns to a supervisor. Perform daily/pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report equipment problems. Maintain clean and organized warehouse, freezer, and work areas. Follow all company safety procedures, food-safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving team members to maintain an efficient flow of materials. Complete additional warehouse or production-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous stand-up forklift experience required. Must be comfortable operating a stand-up forklift in a busy warehouse/production environment. Must be willing and able to work in and out of freezer/cold-storage areas throughout the shift. Ability to safely move and position pallets in warehouse and storage areas. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Must follow all required food-safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 56.0 per week
