Position Summary We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in the Pendergrass, GA area. Candidates will operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and/or Cherry Pickers to move, store, and distribute materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Cherry Pickers safely and efficiently. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments. Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting. Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, or Cherry Pickers preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Recent forklift experience, must be able to pass forklift assessments to be place on a forklift assignment.
