- Thursday Weekend Shift | 8 AM
- 8 PM | Saturday

Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and warehouse documentation. Basic computer and data entry skills required for inventory management and scanning systems. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of forklift operator experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts preferred. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, inventory tracking, and label printing. Forklift certification required or ability to obtain company-sponsored forklift certification. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Job Duties Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, stage, transport, and store products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trailers using forklifts, slip sheets, and push/pull attachments while ensuring product integrity. Transport materials to designated storage locations, including high-density racking areas. Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, verify product movements, and print labels. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices and support compliance with SQFI, FDA, and company quality standards. Complete daily forklift inspections, perform basic equipment checks, and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
