Job Description

Position Description:
Ship and receive product, conducting duties with Safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a Safety-culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
Loads and unloads materials from inbound and outbound trucks Verifies condition and quantity of materials being shipped or received Moves, stores, stacks, and delivers materials and products to designated storage or production areas Operates a material handling equipment such as forklifts and walkers Scans and verifies data in Adage matches actual shipments as needed Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Able to speak, read and write English Able to work overtime and weekends as needed Basic working knowledge of computer applications
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds daily, approximately 40% to 50%of each day Able to lift/move in excess of 50 up to 100 pounds a few times a day Walking and/or standing 90% of the day Work in extreme environments (Freezer/blast Cell)
Training Period:
Minimum 90 days meeting all above requirements; up to two years
