Overview Working Hours:

Mon-Sun, 6pm-6am, 3-4 days working schedule per work and rotating every week. General Worker - $16.50 (no forklift required) Forklift Operater - $17.50 Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Warehouse Worker and Forklift Driver, where your energy and precision will keep our warehouse operations running smoothly overnight. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment, and ensuring the safe handling and distribution of goods. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment, supporting our commitment to excellence in logistics and distribution. Duties Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure compliance with forklift safety protocols and OSHA standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using barcode scanning systems for logistics efficiency Manage inventory levels through warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage practices Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to heavy lifting guidelines and manual handling safety standards Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and organizing goods for distribution Perform basic equipment repairs or notify maintenance for issues to minimize downtime during night shifts Experience Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, forklift trucks (Lift truck), Hi-Lo, or similar material handling machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking, shipping & receiving, heavy lifting, and manual handling procedures Understanding of safety standards in production environments such as OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leading small teams is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in materials handling and equipment operation This role offers an energetic environment where your skills directly contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations.
