Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators and Warehouse associates to join our warehouse team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety. This position requires frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds with or without assistance. Responsibilities Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, or electric pallet jack equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipping. Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain accurate inventory and complete required documentation. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. At least 1 year of forklift operating experience. Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified). Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation and good attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic English communication skills preferred. Must be able to pass drug test and background check Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50-100 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Schedule Full-time Overtime available based on business needs
