Job DescriptionWe're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver to join our team in Atlanta, GA, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials between warehouse facilities, distribution centers, and customer locations. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport warehouse goods and materials to designated locationsPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and secure cargo according to safety protocols and company standardsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenancePerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and report them promptlyComply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehiclesCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding delivery status and any delaysOrganize and arrange cargo in the vehicle to maximize space and prevent damage during transportMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorAssist with inventory management and warehouse operations as neededQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCommercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one (preferred, depending on vehicle type)Proven experience operating various types of vehicles and equipmentProficiency in time management and route planningStrong organizational and detail-oriented skill setKnowledge of warehouse operations and material handling proceduresAbility to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 pounds)Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred)Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to safety protocols and accident-free driving recordAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans •Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
