Lift Operator
- 1st Shift (7am
- 3:30pm) & 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7:30am) Everra Port Wentworth, GA Job Details Full-time $17.
STARTING PAY
$17.50 PER HOUR + $1.00 INCREASEAFTER 90-DAYS.
3rd Shift Receives a $2.00 Per Hour Shift Differential. Job Overview We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators for 1st & 3rd shift to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other heavy equipment
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
- Transport materials to and from designated storage areas
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other equipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed Skills
- Prior experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and materials handling
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment such as cranes and rigging systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Certification or training in forklift operation is preferred but not required
