May be available Kudzu Staffing is hiring an experienced 2nd shift Forklift Operator for a warehouse and distribution assignment. This position is ideal for a dependable forklift driver who can safely move, load, unload, and organize materials while maintaining accurate and efficient warehouse operations. Candidates with experience as a Forklift Operator, Forklift Driver, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Reach Truck Operator, Box Clamp Operator, or Shipping and Receiving Associate are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of recent forklift experience Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or other material-handling equipment Ability to load, unload, stack, and move products safely Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and remain active throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required Willingness to complete a forklift skills evaluation Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening Forklift Operator Responsibilities Safely operate assigned forklifts and material-handling equipment Load and unload trucks, trailers, containers, pallets, and deliveries Move products to designated storage, production, or staging areas Pick, stage, stack, and organize orders accurately Verify product quantities and inspect materials for visible damage Maintain accurate inventory and material-movement records Complete daily forklift inspections before operating equipment Report damaged products, unsafe conditions, and equipment problems Follow all warehouse safety policies and operating procedures Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse duties as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full-time hours Temporary-to-hire opportunity Overtime opportunities when available Consistent schedule Opportunity for long-term employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs Apply today through Indeed for immediate consideration.
