Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting exceeding 100 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. Comfortable working in hot, cold, humid, and industrial conditions while wearing required PPE. Strong visual abilities, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and close-distance focus. Job Duties Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to safely load, unload, move, and store products. Process incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product condition, and maintaining accurate records. Read customer orders, pick tickets, shipping documents, and work orders to accurately fulfill inventory and distribution requirements. Verify product identification, sort inventory by location or part number, and maintain proper stock organization. Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, outbound scanning, and quality assurance inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity. Complete required equipment inspections, user maintenance, documentation, and warehouse housekeeping duties while following all safety policies and procedures.
