Qualifications:
Valid certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT required or equivalent) Previous experience performing CT imaging in a healthcare environment Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, anatomy, and safety standards Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of CT equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Current BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Prepare and position patients according to established protocols Verify patient identification and imaging requisitions to ensure accuracy Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures Maintain detailed imaging records and documentation Support radiologists in image interpretation as needed Uphold regulatory standards for quality, privacy, and infection control Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions promptly
