Aloha! Nico's Pier 38 is looking for a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Manager / Forklift Driver to join our team in Honolulu. We are seeking serious, long-term hires who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining efficient, safe operations. Tips are included!

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations :

Oversee daily warehouse logistics, workflow, and strict safety compliance.

Delivery Management :

Receive, verify, and properly stock all incoming deliveries.

Inventory Control :

Implement effective rotation and labeling (FIFO), manage stock levels, and oversee freezer inventory and replenishment.

Fish Transport :

Safely transport fresh fish directly from the fish auction to our facility.

Process Improvement :

Develop and implement strategies, including lean practices, to enhance operational efficiency and organization.

Communication :

Maintain proactive communication with management regarding inventory status and operational requirements.

Requirements:

Certification:

Must be Forklift Certified.

Experience:

Proven experience in warehouse organization.

Skills:

Strong understanding of lean methodologies and process improvement techniques.

Attributes:

High sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
