Responsibilities Operate sitdown forklift to pick and transport orders accurately and safely within the warehouse. Load and unload goods from pallets, racks, and delivery vehicles as needed. Verify order accuracy by checking product codes, quantities, and quality before shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines. Conduct routine inspections and perform minor maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Coordinate with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing. Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies to management immediately. Valid forklift operator certification with experience operating sitdown forklifts. Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or order selection environment. Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices. Experience using RF scan guns or similar order selecting equipment. Ability to read and interpret order sheets, labels, and inventory records accurately. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds throughout a work shift. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
