PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays (8-10 hour days)

Indoor & outdoor work in all weather conditions About the Role We are seeking a dependable and skilled Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Pacific Junction, IA. This position requires versatility, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment. As we move into peak season, candidates should expect the potential for 20+ hours of overtime per week. Key Responsibilities Operate a large AWD forklift to move finished goods from production to storage Pick and stage orders for shipment Load and unload trucks Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas (sweeping, shoveling, lifting) Conduct quality checks and complete required paperwork Assist with general housekeeping and safety procedures Qualifications Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work extended hours and overtime during peak season Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred
