Gem State Staffing in Pocatello are actively hiring experienced Cold Storage Forklift Operators for a food processing / food warehouse environment. This position requires confidence working in cold temperatures , operating a stand-up reach forklift , and placing product in a high-bay racking system . Key Responsibilities & Requirements (SEO Optimized): Operate a stand-up reach forklift in a cold storage food warehouse Safely move, stack, and retrieve product in rack systems (10-30+ feet) Work in a food processing / food manufacturing facility Handle palletized frozen or refrigerated products Use forklift attachments (clamps, slip sheets, or other attachments preferred) Follow food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety standards Perform inventory movement, loading, and unloading

Experience Required:

Cold storage forklift experience (REQUIRED) Food warehouse or food processing experience (REQUIRED) Stand-up reach forklift experience Experience working in freezer or refrigerated environments High-rack / racking system experience preferred

Schedule:

12-hour shifts Rotating schedule Must be available for days or nights Overtime may be required
