Temp-to-Hire We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator (MHE) to join our warehouse team in Aurora, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable individual with experience operating material handling equipment, particularly order pickers/cherry pickers and forklifts . Job Responsibilities Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts and order/cherry pickers Pick and move products throughout the warehouse Safely transport materials to designated locations Load, unload, stage, and organize inventory as needed Use warehouse equipment according to safety procedures Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures Accurately handle and move materials to support daily operations Work with the warehouse team to meet productivity and shipping goals Qualifications Previous order picker/cherry picker experience required Previous forklift experience required or strongly preferred Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment Ability to safely operate equipment at various heights Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
