SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATOR

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment, collecting products, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Safely operate an electric pallet jack and cherry picker or reach forklift. Use an RF scanner to locate, pick, and verify products. Collect and assemble orders according to customer specifications. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition before shipment. Move, stage, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory counts when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company procedures and warehouse safety requirements. Work efficiently while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Qualifications:

Previous electric pallet jack experience is preferred. Cherry picker or reach forklift experience is strongly preferred. Previous RF scanner and order-picking experience is preferred. Comfortable working at elevated heights. Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be safety-conscious and self-motivated.
