In this role, you will assist with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and general warehouse functions while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. You will work under supervision, following established processes and guidelines to complete daily tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform shipping, receiving, returns, and general warehouse operations. Load and unload materials in shipping and receiving areas. Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Operate RF scanners and update inventory systems. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Label, stage, and prepare products for shipment. Read and interpret work orders, shipping orders, and instructions. Maintain productivity standards and follow company procedures. Support database updates to track product movement and inventory. Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines. Skills & Experience 1-2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners. Ability to read and follow instructions from scanners or computers. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified forklift operator. Completion of Powered Industrial Truck Safety Certification. Experience with inventory control in a distribution environment. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Work Environment Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime as needed). Fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity expectations. Requires use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. Frequent standing, bending, crouching, and repetitive movements required. Must follow all safety procedures and maintain a safety-first environment.
