This position will support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer will-call orders. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Forklift Driver will play an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, prepared, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move and organize materials. Receive inbound freight and verify shipments for accuracy. Enter received materials into the company's inventory system and properly tag products with part numbers. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper product storage. Assist with loading plastic sheets and materials onto the CNC router. Assist customers with will-call pickups and ensure orders are accurately prepared. Process UPS orders and prepare packages for shipment. Safely handle and move plastic sheets, rods, tubes, film, and other warehouse materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong level of productivity and accuracy. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Skills & Experience Previous forklift experience required. Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Strong work ethic and reliability. Preferred Qualifications Certified forklift operator. Completion of Powered Industrial Truck Safety Certification. Experience with inventory control in a distribution environment. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work effectively with others. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to safely handle and move warehouse materials. Work Environment Positions available on 1st shift . Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Hands-on position requiring standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift. Regular operation of forklifts. May involve handling large plastic sheets and other materials. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toed footwear and other safety equipment as required. Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
