Job Overview ClearStaff is seeking reliable and experienced Stand-Up / Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our Client's warehouse team. The ideal candidates will safely and efficiently operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility. Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Load and unload trucks and trailers. Move and stage pallets, materials, and products throughout the warehouse. Place and retrieve pallets from designated storage locations. Inspect forklifts before each shift and report any mechanical or safety issues. Verify product, pallet, and shipment information. Follow all warehouse, safety, and OSHA procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Assist with loading, unloading, and other general warehouse duties as needed. Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safe operating practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other warehouse personnel. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience preferred. Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts. Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as required. Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and conditions.
