Experience Requirements 1+ years of sit-down forklift operating experience required. Experience loading and unloading freight from trailers and trucks. Background working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Experience moving, staging, and organizing freight within warehouse locations. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a cross-dock warehouse environment. Experience handling large, heavy, or "big box" freight shipments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Ability to safely operate equipment for extended periods. Capability to work in varying warehouse conditions. Job Duties Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and store freight safely. Load and unload trucks while ensuring shipment accuracy. Break down incoming freight shipments and sort materials by destination. Move products in and out of warehouse racking and staging areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
