What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by: Safely operating order pickers, reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts Unloading incoming shipments and moving materials throughout the facility Picking, transporting, and staging inventory to support daily operations Using handheld scanners to track and verify inventory Following all company and warehouse safety protocols Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Experience operating: Order Picker Reach Truck Sit-Down Forklift Ability to operate multiple types of equipment based on business needs Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology (training provided) Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work in a physically active environment, including standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift Flexibility to work overtime when required No open-toe shoes, sandals, or slip-ons No loose-fitting clothing or accessories Minimal jewelry is recommended Additional PPE, including gloves and hard hats, will be provided when necessary. #INDKY
