Job Description

Position Overview CTI Staffing has partnered with a leading technology solutions organization to find dependable Warehouse Forklift Drivers to join their distribution team. In this role, you will support the full receiving-to-shipping cycle, playing a key part in keeping inventory moving safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Forklift Driver, your daily responsibilities will include: Operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, hand jacks, and shrink-wrap equipment safely. Off-loading inbound shipments and staging them on the receiving floor for processing. Counting and documenting inbound deliveries to ensure accuracy. Picking customer orders accurately, matching both product types and quantities. Weighing, inspecting, labeling, and shrink-wrapping outbound orders according to shipping specifications. Using handheld scanning units and warehouse management systems to track and process inventory. Performing routine daily maintenance and safety checks on forklift equipment. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safety-compliant workspace. Available Shifts We currently have full-time positions available on the following shifts:
First Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3 positions available)
Second Shift:
1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (2 positions available) What Success Looks Like In the first 30 days: You will get up to speed on the facility layout, master the inventory scanning systems, and consistently complete daily equipment safety checks. Within 90 days: You will achieve full independence in receiving, staging, and picking customer orders with high accuracy and zero safety incidents.
Over time:
You will serve as a reliable, safety-conscious team member who contributes to meeting daily shipping targets and maintaining full OSHA compliance. Qualifications Must-Haves Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift and cherry picker. At least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse environment. High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift. Working knowledge of receiving, warehouse organization, and safety procedures. Basic computer proficiency and comfort using handheld scanning devices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience working in a high-volume distribution environment. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Active OSHA safety training or forklift certification.
