The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to move, load, unload, stack, and stage products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company safety standards.

Forklift Operator Job Description:

Operate the sit-down forklift to complete daily tasks. Load and unload freight from trailers, trucks, and containers. Move products and materials throughout in designated storage locations. Accurately scan, verify, and document freight using warehouse management systems and handheld RF scanners. Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage and accuracy. Stack, organize, and store materials according to established procedures.

Forklift Operator Job Requirements:

Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment. Ability to safely operate sit-down forklift equipment. Basic computer and RF scanner experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
