You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse. This role provides consistent work, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse. Load and unload products from delivery trucks and shipping containers, ensuring safe handling and correct placement. Stack and organize goods in designated storage areas, maintaining an orderly warehouse and optimizing inventory flow. Assist in picking and moving items to staging areas, preparing products for shipment or distribution. Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues to supervisors. Collaborate with other warehouse staff to achieve daily goals, meet production targets, and maintain a smooth workflow under the guidance of the warehouse supervisor. Compliance with safety regulations and equipment guidelines. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more.
